RoS Tutorials - Sharing your textures with the rest of Poserdom

Now that you have a version of your model saved with texture and material room settings, it's time to make our matpose file. This is where CR2Builder comes in very handy.

Go into your Poser runtime and move the new cr2 file out, or simply make a copy of it to your desktop (or wherever you keep working files). You can delete the png file Poser created because as you can see, it does not show the lovely texture which is the whole point of our matpose file.

Open the cr2 file with your text editor, and you might see some gobblety gook like this: (at least this is what I generally see when things come straight from Poser)

This is no fun to try and edit...so we open it in CR2Builder and save it and things look a little more organized:

You can then choose to edit this cr2 file, deleting everything between version number and the first material zone...or you can delete the items you don't need from within CR2Builder. I delete things from inside CR2Builder because it takes a lot less time than trying to scroll through a lengthy cr2 file to get rid of what isn't needed.
